Overall, I know that salads are healthy, if food is safe to operate and to avoid.

There are certain foods that are useful and safe to avoid.

* Drink plenty of pure water - weight of 2 = ounces per day divided. Drink liquids between meals with water by reverse osmosis, unsweetened juices and drinks based on plants cleaned. Tip: liquid chlorophyll in pure water is very tasty and refreshing!
* At least 50% of their food must be alive - fresh, raw, unprocessed. Dead foods you can not build a solid body. You can eat foods in season and foods that spoil. Eat (But before they spoil, of course!) More is better!
